In a game against the rival Stingers, the Sasquatch pulled off a 9-5 victory in a game that was much closer than the score would suggest. Wednesday's game was a back and forth match where leads changed hands multiple times. Holding a one goal lead with four minutes left, the 'Squatch were able to net three more goals in the final minutes to put the Stingers away. With three players (Bello, Roth, and Miller) scoring a pair of goals each, the Sasquatch offense became too much for the Stingers to handle, helping Mike Gaynor reach his 52nd regular season win as the Sasquatch goalie. With the win, Gaynor passed longtime great, Frank Loh in all-time regular season wins. Although it was a milestone win, Wednesday's game was bitter-sweet for the goalie, as it was not a satisfying performance by the netminder.
